1) in Item 1 of Article 38 of the word "normative legal regulation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing" shall be replaced with words "federal state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance";

2) in Article 39:

a) in the name of the word "and enforcement" to exclude;

b) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. In the territory of the Russian Federation the federal health regulations approved by the federal executive body exercising federal state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation are effective.";
