Article 1

Bring in article 26 of the Federal law "About Banks and Banking Activity" (in edition of the Federal Law of February 3, 1996 No. 17-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1990, No. 27, Art. 357; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 6, Art. 492; 2001, No. 33, Art. 3424; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2700; No. 52, Art. 5033; 2004, No. 27, Art. 2711; 2005, No. 1, Art. 45; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4011; No. 41, Art. 4845; 2009, No. 23, Art. 2776; No. 30, Art. 3739; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4193; No. 47, Art. 6028; 2011, No. 7, Art. 905; No. 27, Art. 3873; No. 48, Art. 6730; No. 50, Art. 7351; 2012, No. 27, Art. 3588; No. 50, Art. 6954; No. 53, Art. 7605; 2013, No. 11, Art. 1076; No. 19, Art. 2329; Russian newspaper, 2013, on July 2) following changes:

To replace 2) in part ten of the word "Bank of Russia, Heads" with the word "Heads";

3) parts the thirteenth, twentieth and twenty first to recognize invalid;

To add 4) with parts of the thirty second - the thirty fourth the following content:

"Documents and data on transactions, on accounts and deposits, and also data on specific transactions of physical persons, the physical persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity, and legal entities are represented by credit institutions to the Bank of Russia when implementing by the Bank of Russia of the functions determined by the Federal Laws and also in the cases provided by the Federal Laws.

The Bank of Russia has no right to open and provide to the third parties received when implementing the functions determined by the Federal Laws and also in the cases provided by the Federal Laws, data on transactions, on accounts and deposits, and also data on specific transactions of physical persons, the physical persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity and the legal entities, except as specified, provided by the Federal Laws.

The credit institution submitting the documents and data provided by part of the thirty second this Article and also employees of such credit institution has no right to inform on it clients of this credit institution or other persons.".

Article 2

Part 13 of article 40.1 of the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ "About agricultural cooperation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 50, Art. 4870; 2003, No. 24, Art. 2248; 45, the Art. 4635) to state 2006, to No. in the following edition:

"13. Regulation of activities of credit cooperatives, unions (associations) and other associations of credit cooperatives is performed by the Bank of Russia.".

Article 3
