Having taken into consideration information of the member of Board (Minister) of the main directions of integration and macroeconomic of the Eurasian economic commission of Gross T.D. on the course of implementation of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 19, 2012 No. 21 "About realization of the main directions of integration" and Decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 29, 2013 No. 30 "About the directions of further development of integration processes", Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Ask the governments of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space to charge to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs to develop institutional part of the draft agreement about the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. The Eurasian economic commission till July 15, 2013 to send to the states - members of the Customs union and the Common economic space the preliminary list of withdrawals and other restrictions, including barriers, mutual access for subjects of business activity to the market of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space (further - the List) constituted on the basis of 17 agreements of the Common economic space, the Customs Code of the Customs Union and other arrangements on forming of the Common economic space.
Ask the governments of the states - members of the Customs union and the Common economic space to consider the specified List and till August 15, 2013 to provide offers to the Eurasian economic commission.
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
