1. Operation of this Law extends to the coal-mining, shakhtouglestroitelny companies, mines, separate divisions of the specified companies (mines) which have separate balance and independently conduct settlings with insured persons and belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine or are economic societies concerning which the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine performs powers on management of corporate laws of the state which are insurers according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" and till January 1, 2011 were on accounting of Fund as payers of insurance premiums (the state companies of coal industry are farther).
1. Debt repayment of the state companies of coal industry for payment of insurance premiums and penalties (penalty fee) in Fund including established by judgments is performed by payment by installments. The outstanding amount of the state company of coal industry for payment of insurance premiums for obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability which was formed till January 1, 2011, and on payment of the penalties (penalty fee) added on the amount of this debt which is not repaid on the date of the introduction in operation of this Law (further - outstanding amount) is subject to payment by installments.
