About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning powers on implementation of notifying registration of collective agreements and agreements

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part one of Article 15 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with the words "or local government bodies".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About collective agreements and agreements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 36, Art. 361; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 No. 5458-VI and No. 5462VI):

The word of "one" to replace 1) in Article 3 part one with the word "one", and after words "labor collective" to add with the words "on the other hand";

Part third of article 8 after the word "Industry" to add 2) with the word "(cross-industry)";

3) in Article 9:

in part eleven after words of "notifying registration" to add with the words "in accordance with the established procedure", and words "other level are registered local executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "other level - local executive bodies or local government bodies";

"The procedure for notifying registration of industry (cross-industry) and territorial agreements, collective agreements affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
