To be reworded as follows the regulations on Council of foreign investors in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix to this Decree.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

3. Ensuring activities of Council is performed by Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and working body of Council.
4. Working body of Council is the Committee on investments of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - working body of Council).
