a) in Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states:

in Item 2:

the fifth the subitem "a" to declare the paragraph invalid;

in the subitem "b":

paragraphs third - the fifth and ninth to recognize invalid; add with the paragraph of the following content:

"rendering technical assistance in creation of special objects in the territories of the foreign states included in the list No. 2;";

the third and fourth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"holding the international exhibitions of military product samples, including not included in the list No. 1, in the territory of the Russian Federation and participation in exhibitions in the territories of foreign states according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, on condition of approval of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and if necessary with other federal executive bodies of amounts of the advertizing and exhibition activities of information and ensuring protection of the data which are the state secret extended in the course;
