1. On partial change of Item 2 of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211 "Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry" (with the changes made by the Decree of April 5, 2012 No. 241):
To enter 1) into structure of the Commission of the state awards and Grishchenko Konstantin Ivanovich's heraldry - the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and Kalinin Igor Aleksandrovich - the Adviser to the President of Ukraine;
To remove 2) from structure of the called V. Khoroshkovsky's Commission;
3) to stop membership in this Commission B. Mortars.
