About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Moldova on the legal aid guaranteed by the state of July 26, 2007 to No. 198-XVI

In the Law on the legal aid guaranteed by the state No. 198-XVI of July 26, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 157-160, 614), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. Add Article 7 with the Item e 1) of the following content:

"e 1) protection and representation of interests of the children who became the victims of crimes;".

2. Add Article 19 with part (1-1) following contents:

"(11) the children who became the victims of crimes Have the right to qualified legal aid.".
