About modification of appendix to the Law of the Republic of Moldova on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state of November 23, 1995 No. 668-XIII

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state No. 668-XIII of November 23, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item figures of "503,51" to replace "Grape and wine-making plant "National-Vin", Mr. Kodra of municipium of Chisinau" with figures of "502,37".

in line item "National institute of wine growing and winemaking, Mr. Kodra of municipium of Chisinau" figures of "551,19" to replace with figures of "550,95";

in line item "In total" to replace figures of "22178,89" with figures of "22177,51".

Art. II. - The lands total area of 1,38 of hectare excluded according to the article I of this law are transferred to the possession of city council to Kodr of municipium of Chisinau for construction of sewer networks and transferred to category of lands public. Losses from exception of these lands of category of lands of agricultural purpose are not compensated.

Art. III. - To provide to the government together with body of local public authority modification of cadastral documentation according to provisions of this law.
