Procedure for application (use) for weapon and military equipment connections, military units and divisions of Armed Forces of fight tasks during execution of them with piracy

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of application (use) of weapon and military equipment connections, military units and divisions of Armed Forces in case of accomplishment of tasks of fight against piracy by them, including for self-defense during the course of performance of such tasks.

2. Terms which are used in this Procedure have such value:

anti-counterfeiting transaction - set approved and interconnected on the purpose, the place and time of special actions of diverse forces and means which are carried out on single intention for task performance of fight against piracy in operational zone (the operational area) under single management;

use (use) of weapon and military equipment - firing from individual weapon of the serviceman, regular weapon and military equipment of military unit (division), use (use) of cold weapon, measures of physical impact and special means for the purpose of accomplishment of the delivered tasks and/or self-defenses;
