Article 1. Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization concerning transit through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic land (railway and automobile) loads of the International Security Assistance Force, signed on May 22, 2012 in the city of Chicago (USA).
Article 2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify the North Atlantic Treaty Organization on accomplishment by the Kyrgyz Republic of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the specified Agreement.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
