Article 1. Ratify the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on Grant's provision No. C24736/EBSF-2010-02-12: The project on recovery of the highway Osh - Isfana - the implementation of reform and restructuring of the road sector signed on February 8, 2013 in the city of Bishkek.

Article 2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the above-stated Agreement.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
