About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of December 10, 2007 No. 1387
In pursuance of the Law No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
In the Order of the Government No. 1387 of December 10, 2007. "About approval of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 198-202, 1443), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Add the resolution with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. The amount of the medical services provided by the Single program of compulsory medical insurance is provided within means of the funds of compulsory medical insurance approved for this year".
2. Single program of compulsory medical insurance:
1) Item 14:
subitem 1):
g letter) after the word "including" to add with the words "laboratory rapid tests, and also";
i letter) to state in the following edition:
"i) preventive physical examination with performing necessary paraclinical trials, including routine gynecologic inspection with intake of cytologic material, in case of preventive physical examination of employees of public medical and sanitary organizations, educational and recovery institutions (budget) according to the regulations approved by the Ministry of Health";
subitem 2):
c) to state letter in the following edition:
"c) treatment in procedural offices and at home (intramuscular, intravenous injections, including providing with consumable materials) based on instructions of the family doctor or profile doctor of the specialist";
d letter) to exclude;
g letter) after the word "including" to add with the words "laboratory rapid tests, and also";
add with k letter) the following content:
"k) provision of medical services to persons with problems of mental health at the level of community";
2) Item 16:
i letter) to state in the following edition:
"i) preventive physical examination with performing necessary paraclinical trials, including routine gynecologic inspection with intake of cytologic material, in case of preventive physical examination of employees of public medical and sanitary organizations, educational and recovery institutions (budget) according to the regulations approved by the Ministry of Health".
m letter) to add with the following text at the end: "with provision and medical services within the communitarian centers of support of treatment of TB patients in out-patient conditions, according to provisions of the order of the Ministry of Health and National company of medical insurance";

"o) provision of medical services to persons with problems of mental health at the level of the communitarian centers of mental health, according to the existing regulations";
3) in b letter) Item 19 of the word "simple materials" to exclude;

38. The paraclinical medical services ordered by the family doctor are provided irrespective of the insurance status to both insured, and uninsured persons";
6) in appendix No. 3 "E. Oftalmologiya" undressed to add at the end with the following line items:
