DECIDED:
1. The obligations enshrined in the Agreement on loan between the Republic of Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed on January 26, 2011 "The second program of policy of development" correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
