ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About implementation of budget investments in designing and reconstruction of object of the federal state budgetary institution which is under authority of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Perform in 2017 and 2018 budget investments within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget in reconstruction of object of the federal state budgetary institution which is under authority of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management according to appendix.

2. Determine that the state customer of the object specified in Item 1 of this resolution is the Federal Agency for Subsoil Management, and the builder - the federal state budgetary institution which is under authority of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To Federal Agency on Mineral Resources - the main manager of means of the federal budget, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to provide financing within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget of the works specified in Item 1 of this resolution with distribution according to appendix to this resolution.
