About organizational measures for implementation of the Agreement on Eurasian group on counteraction of legalization of the criminal income and financing of terrorism
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 13, 2011 No. ZRU-307 "About ratification of the Agreement on Eurasian group on counteraction of legalization of the criminal income and to financing of terrorism (Moscow, on June 16, 2011)" and for the purpose of accomplishment by the ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan of provisions of the specified Agreement, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Determine Department by fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the competent authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan responsible for implementation of the Agreement on Eurasian group on counteraction of legalization of the criminal income and to financing of terrorism.
2. To Central Bank, Service of state security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty, to the Ministry of investments and foreign trade, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the State Tax Committee, the State Customs Committee, the State committee according to the statistics, to the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Agency on management of the state assets, the Antimonopoly Committee, the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide accomplishment of the obligations following from the Agreement on Eurasian group on counteraction of legalization of the criminal income and financing of terrorism.
