About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning return of the state control and production by the state companies of documents and forms which require use of special elements of protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part the eighth article 164 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) after the words "at the state companies" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "which fall within the scope of management of the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. Part the second article 71 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 238; 2012, 40, the Art. 479) to add No. with Item 5 of such content:

"5) to productive activity of the state companies which fall within the scope of management of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning production of forms of securities, forms for registration of results of provision of administrative services (except own forms of executive bodies, other state bodies), forms of documents which certify person and is confirmed by citizenship of Ukraine, forms of documents which certify person and confirm its special status, forms of other documents which according to the legislation require use of special elements of protection, brands of the excise tax".

3. Third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, of Art. 471 with subsequent changes) to add part with the paragraph of such content:

"forms of securities, forms for registration of results of provision of administrative services, forms of documents which certify person and confirm citizenship of Ukraine, forms of documents which certify person and confirm its special status, forms of other documents which according to the legislation require use of special elements of protection, brand of the excise tax".
