About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in the field of land relations concerning simplification of the procedure of assignment of the parcels of land

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part one of article 16 of the Water code of Ukraine (1995, No. 24, the Art. 189) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 12-11 of such content:

"12-11) approval of documentation on land management in the cases and procedure determined by the Land code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About land management" concerning compliance to the specified documentation to the water legislation".

2. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

Item "і" parts one of Article 15 to exclude 1);

2) in Article 15-1 part one:

in the Item "d" of the word "and differentiation of lands of the state-owned and utility property" to exclude;

add with Item "є-1" such content:

"є - 1) the order lands of state-owned property in the limits determined by this Code";

Part the fourth Article 20 to exclude 3);

4) in Article 151:
