About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 9, the Art. 856) the following changes:

1. In Article 7:

to state the paragraph of the eighth part 2 in the following edition:

This requirement for production of ethyl alcohol does not extend to production of the ethyl alcohol intended for the special consumers and subjects using ethyl alcohol in the medical, veterinary, technical and other purposes which are not connected with production of alcoholic and food products.";

to state the paragraph of the sixth part 3 in the following edition:

"-gave ensuring production of vodka in quantity of at least 50,0 of thousand within twelve months from the date of receipt of the license with payment of the excise tax according to the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. In the paragraph the second to exclude parts 2 of Article 13 of the word "in radius of 100 meters".

Article 3.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
