About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" concerning limiting determination of number of employees of Public judicial administration of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 41-45, of Art. 529; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of May 14, 2013 No. 224-VII) such changes:

1. The fifth Article 127 to add part with Item 3-1 of such content:

"3-1) determines by provision of the Chairman of Public judicial administration of limiting Ukraine the number of employees of Public judicial administration of Ukraine, including its territorial administrations, in expense limits on content of Public judicial administration of Ukraine".

2. The fourth Article 147 to add part with Item 2-1 of such content:

"2-1) submits for consideration of Judicial council of Ukraine of representation concerning limiting determination of number of employees of Public judicial administration of Ukraine, including its territorial administrations".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
