1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of August 07, 1997 No. 847 "About approval of the Procedure for return of leased complete property complexes of the state companies after the termination or agreement cancelation of lease", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 1997 for No. 446/2250, such changes:

Item 2 to state 1) in such edition:

"2. To fund of state-owned property of Ukraine and its regional departments to be guided by the specified Procedure in practical activities on the termination (termination) of lease agreements of complete property complexes of the state companies and organizations.";

Item 4 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto to consider Item 5 item 4;

Item 4 to state 3) in such edition:

"4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.".
