On accomplishment of the resolution of District administrative court of the city of Kiev of January 18, 2013 in the claim of Dominant-Pharma limited liability company to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which is left without changes determination of the Kiev Appeal administrative court of March 14, 2013 and determination of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine of June 18, 2013 which took legal effect, and according to Articles 5, of 6, 8 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 to No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" (with changes) I ORDER to No. 2a-17708/12/2670:

1. Bring in Item 2.12 of the Section II of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of the medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 07, 2011 for No. 1420/20158, such change:
