Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 531) the following changes:

1. State Article 55 in the following edition:

"Article 55. Independent auditor

Financial records audit of Audit Chamber is performed once in 3 years by the independent auditor.

The independent auditor having the corresponding license for carrying out audit is appointed by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of Audit Chamber.

Selection of the independent auditor is performed on tender basis according to the legislation on public procurements.

The same auditor cannot affirm Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic more than two time in a row.

Fee of the independent auditor is provided by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the republican budget for the corresponding year.".

2. To state part 3 of Article 56 in the following edition:

"Results of the booked substantive audit of the financial reporting of Audit Chamber are considered by Council of Audit Chamber and relevant decisions on them are made.".

3. To state part 2 of Article 57 in the following edition:

"The report on financial records audit of Audit Chamber shall be submitted to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than June 20 of the year following for calendar to which the financial reporting belongs.".

4. Recognize Article 58 invalid.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
