DECIDED:
1. The obligations enshrined in the Agreement on cooperation of state members of the Organization of the Agreement "About Collective Security" signed on December 10, 2010 in the field of development, production, operation, repair, upgrade, prolongation of useful lives and utilization of military products correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
