Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning technological accession to power networks

In Rules of technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also the objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons, to power networks, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 No. 861 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 52, Art. 5525; 2007, No. 14, Art. 1687; 2010, No. 40, Art. 5086; 2011, No. 10, Art. 1406; 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008; No. 41, Art. 5636; No. 49, Art. 6858):

a) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. For the conclusion of the agreement the applicant sends the request to the network organization which objects of electric grid economy are located at the smallest distance from borders of the site of the applicant, taking into account conditions, stipulated in Item 8(1) these rules.
