About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with part 15 of the following content:

"The electronic visa - the documentary confirmation equated according to the status to the visa, provided by authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic to the foreign citizen or the stateless person recognized as the Kyrgyz Republic, in electronic procedure, including by means of the electronic Internet, having the special read-out code which availability with the valid document resolves entry into the Kyrgyz Republic, stay on its territories, departure from the Kyrgyz Republic and transit.".

2. Add Article 6 with part 4 following of content:

"The procedure for registration and issue of the electronic visa (documentary confirmation) is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
