Proceeding from results of consideration of the case and being guided by Item 2 of Article 100, Items 1 and 4 of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, articles 63 and 64 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional Court", the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia decided:
1. The obligations enshrined in the Agreement on the general principles of creation of interstate research and production associations signed on December 10, 2010 in Moscow in the Organization of the Agreement "About Collective Security on Military Production" correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of RA this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
