About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with input of state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

1) in the paragraph the second part two of Article 100 of the word "Agreement on Establishment of Land Easement" shall be replaced with words "Land easement";

Part the fourth Article 132 to exclude 2);

3) in the second offer of part two of Article 142 of the word "and state registration" to exclude.

2. In the Family code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135):

Paragraph two of part one of Article 89 to state 1) in such edition:

"The agreement under which real estate is transferred to the possession shall be notarially certified. The property right to real estate which is transferred under such agreement arises from the moment of state registration of this right according to the law";

Paragraph two of part one of Article 190 to state 2) in such edition:

"Such agreement notarially makes sure. The property right to real estate under such agreement arises from the moment of state registration of this right according to the law".

3. In the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356):

1) in the paragraph the second part two of Article 402 of the word "Agreement on Establishment of Land Easement" shall be replaced with words "Land easement";

Part third of Article 811 to exclude 2);

Article 1299 to exclude 3).
