About entering of amendment into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendment:
add Article 167 with Item of 41 following contents:
"41) monetary pay of staff of diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic, government employees and other workers of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic working in foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also representative offices of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in the foreign states or the international organizations located abroad.".
Article 2. Determine that action of provision of Item 41 of Article 167, stated in this Law, providing inclusion in the list of the income, free from income tax, monetary pay of staff of diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic, government employees and other workers - the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic working in foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also representative offices of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in the foreign states or the international organizations located abroad also extends to the tax legal relationship which arose before adoption of this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
