About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land to executive body of the government of the Gissar district

According to Articles 26 (1), 29 and 30 Land codes of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw from lands of Production cooperative and additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens of the Gissar district Ploshchad 9,0 of hectare, including: 8,85 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,15 under arykam and to provide them to executive body of the government of the Gissar district in unlimited use under construction of presidential school lyceum.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of Production cooperative of L. Murodov 8,05 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland;

- from lands of additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens of Dzhamoat of villages Dekhkonobod of 0,95 of hectare, including 0,80 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland and 0,15 of hectare under arykam.

3. To executive body of the government of the Gissar district:

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan to compensate losses of land users in full;

- to perform provision of the parcels of land on condition of not reduction of the irrigated ploughland in the area;

- fix the equivalent parcels of land instead of the withdrawn lands of additional personal subsidiary farms of citizens;

- to perform provision of the parcels of land after collection of the grown-up harvest.

4. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to zemelnokadastrovy documentation.
