About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of extension of the list of providing refinance credits the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 06, 2009 for No. 410/16426 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Chapter 3 of the Section ІІ:

add Item 3.4 with the new paragraph of such content:

"property rights according to the credit agreement signed by borrowing bank with the main manager of means of the government budget, the main manager of means of local budgets on whom means are provided under the state guarantee according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 03, 2013 to No. 404 "Some questions of implementation by the main managers of budgetary funds of capital expenditures over amounts of the established budget settings" [(further - property rights) only for refinance credits by tendering process for up to 360 days].
