About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", considering the commonly accepted principles and standards in the international practice, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Add the subitem "an" of Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section ІV of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the new paragraph of such content:

"the loans granted to the main managers of means of the government budget and the main managers of means of local budgets under the state guarantees for implementation of capital expenditures, including imputed incomes on such credits".

2. (Novikov V. V.) to submit to department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), Legal department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Tkachenko O. O.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
