Bring in the Regulations on licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices and totalizators approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2011 No. 1130 (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, the Art. 169), the following changes:
a) to state the subitem "e" of item 4 in the following edition:
"e) availability at the licensee registered in tax authority according to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation of the processing center of bookmaker office (the processing center of totalizator) and Item (Items) of acceptance of rates of bookmaker office (Item (Items) of acceptance of rates of totalizator);";
b) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "in Items 1, 3 and 4 parts 3 of Article 13" shall be replaced with words "in Items 1 and 4 of part 3 of Article 13".
