About entering of amendments into some legal acts of the Republic of Moldova
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (2) Article 184 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of July 6, 2002 (2002, 661), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 82-86, in the following edition:

Art. II. - Part (3) Article 49 of the Education law No. 547-XIII of July 21, 1995 (1995, Art. No. 62-63, 692), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item h) the following content:
"h) possibilities of creation, with the consent of the founder, public organizations: research and innovative organizations, educational and experimental centers, university clinics, university hospitals, educational-experimental stations and sites, high school business incubators, sports clubs, creative studios. The relevant organizations perform non-commercial activities, strictly observing the principle of unprofitability.".
Art. III. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
