Bring in structure of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption and in structure of presidium of this Council, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2012 No. 1060 "About statement of structure of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption and structure of presidium of this Council" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 32, the Art. 4481), the following changes:
a) include in structure of Council and in structure of presidium of this Council of Ulyukaev A. V. - Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation;
b) as a part of Council and as a part of presidium of this Council the name of position of Belousov A. R. state in the following edition: "special advisor to the president of the Russian Federation";
c) exclude from structure of Council and from structure of presidium of this Council Nabiullina E. S.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
