About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About free economic zones"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 "About free economic zones" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No. 1, Art. 2; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 275, 2/1545) following changes and amendments:
1. To state part one of Article 2 in the following edition:
"The legislation on free economic zones is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of this Law, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus and other acts of the legislation, including international treaties of the Republic of Belarus regulating questions of creation, functioning and liquidation of free economic zones.".
2. In Article 5:
state part one in the following edition:
"In free economic zones the activities prohibited in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by legal acts and also the activities prohibited in the territory of free (special, special) economic zones of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space according to international treaties of the Republic of Belarus are not allowed.";
