1. These rules establish replacement procedure of universal electronic cards in case of connection of other federal digital applications, in addition to specified in part 5 of article 23 of the Federal law "About the Organization of Provision of the State and Municipal Services" (further respectively - the Federal Law, new federal digital applications).
2. Approval of the Federal Law of the list of other federal digital applications provided by part 6 of Article 23 which the universal electronic card shall have and introduction in it of the changes providing inclusion of new federal digital applications are the basis for replacement of the universal electronic card performed according to the statement of the user of the specified card.
