About entering of amendments into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendments:
1. To add part 1 of Article 348 with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) bookmaker or totalizatorsky services.".
2. Regarding the 2nd Article 349 to add the table with Item 12 of the following content:

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after two months from the date of official publication and is effective before acceptance of the regulatory legal act establishing prohibition on activities of bookmaker offices and totalizators in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law in a month.
