About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 4, the Art. 337) the following amendments:
1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"-non-admission of restriction of the competition and market monopolization;".
2. To add part 1 of Article 4 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"-assessment of the expected effects of influence on the competition;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
