Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About vessels of aksakals" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 8, the Art. 378) the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 1:
regarding 1 word "law-enforcement bodies and other state bodies" shall be replaced with words "other law enforcement agencies having rights to consider criminal cases";
regarding 2 words "or other representative body of local self-government" to exclude.
2. To state part 1 of Article 9 in the following edition:
"In structure of courts of aksakals the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who reached age of fifty years, having the ended secondary general education, living in the specified area at least five years which are held in respect and the authority among the population of ail, settlements and the cities on business and moral qualities capable to carry out the tasks set for vessels of aksakals can be elected.".
3. Add Article 15 with the Item "e" of the following content:
"e) on the crimes of small weight prescribing the punishment which is not connected with isolation from society.".
