About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses of October 24, 2008 No. 218-XVI

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the code of the word "employee of law-enforcement bodies" and "employee of law-enforcement body" shall be replaced with words "the employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the special status" in the corresponding case.
