About entering of amendments into appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova of February 3, 2006 No. 38

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of supervision of notarial activities, based on Art. 2 of the h. (3), Art. 28 of the h. (1) and Art. 55 of the h. (5) the Law No. 1453-XV of November 8, 2002 on notariate (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1209), with subsequent changes and amendments, item 5 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice approved by the Order of the Government No. 736 of October 3, 2012. In Regulations on the Register of heritable cases and wills (the appendix No. 1) approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 38 of February 3, 2006 "About creation of the Register of heritable cases and wills and about approval of the Regulations on this register" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, of 43-46, Art. 145), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

Item 7 to add 1) with the offer
