About ensuring transparency in the course of adoption of acts of the Eurasian economic commission in scope of sanitary, quarantine phytosanitary and veterinary and sanitary measures
For the purpose of ensuring transparency in the course of adoption of acts of the Eurasian economic commission in scope of sanitary, quarantine phytosanitary and veterinary and sanitary measures the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Drafts of decisions and recommendations of the Eurasian economic commission (further – the Commission) in the field of primeneniyasanitarny, quarantine phytosanitary and veterinary and sanitary measures (further – the act) are posted on the official site of the Commission on the Internet.
2. For submission of notes (offers) on the draft of the act term lasting at least 60 kalendarnykhdny from the date of official publication of the draft of the act on the official site of the Commission on the Internet is established.
3. Determine that consideration of the received offers (notes), and also carrying out necessary consultations performs Department of sanitary, phytosanitary and veterinary measures of the Commission.
The department of sanitary, phytosanitary and veterinary measures of the Commission within 30 working days after the termination of the term specified in Item 2 of this Decision constitutes the summary list of comments (offers) on form according to appendix and posts it on the official site of the Commission, and also provides the direction it in state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space as a part of set of documents and materials for meeting of Board of the Commission.
4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
