1. Footnote of the 14th appendix 8 to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 26, 2011 No. 3601/5 "About approval of forms of decisions of the state registrar of the rights to real estate and requirements to their registration", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2011 for No. 1538/20276 (with changes), after words of "the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings" to add with the words "with indication of the exhaustive list of circumstances which became premises for their application".

2. To department of interaction with authorities (N.O.'s Bull-trouts) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public registration service of Ukraine D.M.'s Crow and the director of the department of interaction with authorities of Bull-trouts N. O.
