1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of grants of Global fund for fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria which are provided for implementation of actions in the field of prevention and counteraction to HIV infection/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine (further - grants).
2. Terms which are used in this Procedure are used in the value given in the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About accomplishment of programs of Global fund for fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine".
3. Action of this Procedure extends to the legal relationship arising in usage time of grants the main recipients who are managers of budgetary funds (further - the main recipients).
4. Grants are provided according to the agreements signed between Global fund for fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria (further - Global fund) and the main recipients.
