About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" concerning bond emission of international financial institutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 31, Art. 268 with subsequent changes) such changes:

Paragraph two of part two of Article 2 to state 1) in such edition:

"The issuer - the legal entity, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or city council, and also the state on behalf of the public authorities authorized by it or international financial institution which on its own behalf place issued securities also assume liabilities on them to their owners";

2) in Article 3:

the second after the paragraph of the twelfth to add part with the new paragraph of such content:

"bonds of international financial institutions".

With respect thereto the thirteenth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourteenth;

2 parts five to add Item with the subitem "e" of such content:

"e) bonds of international financial institutions";

To add 3) with Article 10-1 of such content:

"Article 10-1. Bonds of international financial institutions

1. International financial institution - the international organization which on the conditions determined by the constituent act and/or according to the international treaty of Ukraine performs bond emission in the territory of Ukraine.

International financial institutions can perform according to the procedure, established by the National commission on securities and the stock market, issue of interest or discount bonds only by public placement on the Ukrainian stock exchanges which by results of competitive selection were included by the National commission on securities and the stock market in the list approved by it.

Bond emissions of international financial institutions are serviced in depositary system of Ukraine.
