About mutual provision of the parcels of land for placement of diplomatic representations
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus which further are referred to as with the Parties
for the purpose of strengthening of friendship between the states of the Parties,
realizing importance of providing proper conditions of stay and work of diplomatic representations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Kazakhstan,
in view of the Vienna convention on the diplomatic intercourses of April 18, 1961,
agreed as follows:
The Kazakhstan side provides to the Belarusian side in lease the parcel of land by Ploshchad 0,86 of hectare in the city of Astana on Prospekt R. Koshkarbayev (No. 12) for placement of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Kazakhstan with rent fixing for use of the specified site 1 (one) US dollar a year.
The Belarusian side provides to the Kazakhstan side in lease the parcel of land by Ploshchad 0,86 of hectare in the city of Minsk near Prospekt Pobediteley - Ulitsa Orlovskaya for placement of Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus with rent fixing for use of the specified site 1 (one) US dollar a year.
The parties shall bring the rent one-timely for the entire period of lease of the parcels of land specified in this Article no later than 90 (ninety) days from the effective date of this agreement.
Conditions of use of the parcels of land specified in Article 1 of this agreement are determined by lease agreements of the parcels of land which will be concluded in accordance with the established procedure according to the legislation of the state in the territory of which the parcel of land is located.
