Article 1. Military personnel of bodies of military management, military units and organizations of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, including military educational institutions of professional education of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - military units), other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the military service is established by the law are guided by this Charter.
Operation of the Charter extends to the military personnel of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in whom the military service, and also the citizens called on military charges (further - the military personnel) is established by the law,".
