This Law governs the relations arising in connection with development, use of improvement suggestions and protection of the rights to them between authors of these offers and subjects of business activity (the companies, organizations, the organizations - further: company), irrespective of type of property and form of business, in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
In this Law the stated below concepts are used in the following value:
